Counselors at Pathfinder are carefully interviewed and screened by the Directors.
Staff is required to have yearly background checks and provide references.
Staff Training
A training program is mandatory for staff precamp. The training includes a behavioral management seminar lead by the Directors of Pathfinder. The training program is designed to help staff understand each camper as an individual.
